We typically do not pro-rate, or charge per diem for the last month that your rent with us. As such, your last month's rent will be due in full regardless of vacate date.
We do not provide insurance for your belongings while in storage with us, but if you have a homeowner's policy, you may have coverage for off-site storage. We are very particular about our security measures, so we DO retire old codes. When we issue you a gate code, it is specific to you. And when you are no longer renting from us, we will retire that code forever.
If you cannot remember your gate code, we will have to issue you a new one. Contact us and we will assign you a new key immediately.
