How can I tell what size unit is best for me?

Does the office have to be open in order for me to come in the gate?
No. As a renter, you will be given a custom security pass code. You will use this to access your unit at any time, day or night.
Will my last month be pro-rated?
We typically do not pro-rate, or charge per diem for the last month that your rent with us. As such, your last month's rent will be due in full regardless of vacate date.
Are my items insured while they are in storage?
We do not provide insurance for your belongings while in storage with us, but if you have a homeowner's policy, you may have coverage for off-site storage. While we are confident in the safety and security of our storage units, we encourage you to visit with your insurance agent to be sure, or to inquire
Do you retire old codes, or do I have someone’s previous code?
We are very particular about our security measures, so we DO retire old codes. When we issue you a gate code, it is specific to you. And when you are no longer renting from us, we will retire that code forever.
What happens if I forget my gate code?
If you cannot remember your gate code, we will have to issue you a new one. Contact us and we will assign you a new key immediately.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash (handed off in person at our office) and personal check.
Are there any restricted items I can’t store?
